REFERRALS NORTH, L.L.C. will hold your Michigan Real Estate License and submit referrals on your behalf.
You will act as an Independent Contractor for REFERRALS NORTH, L.L.C.
YOU MAY NEVER LIST OR SELL PROPERTY! .... REFERRALS ONLY!
You may call, e-mail or fax your referrals to REFERRALS NORTH, L.L.C. and we will do the rest. Your referrals may be placed any where in the USA to the company of YOUR CHOICE. Otsego County, Michigan referrals will be placed with Otsego County Realty, L.L.C. Larry or Diane Scanlon will handle all referrals placed with Otsego County Realty.
Your cost will be license transfer cost paid to the State of Michigan. A $35 administration fee to REFERRALS NORTH, L.L.C. This fee is a yearly fee with a November 30 expiration date. Fee waived if a commission is earned in the current calendar year.
Referral Commissions will be paid on a 60-40 basis of commission dollars received from the office the referral was placed with. In most cases we ask for and receive 25% of the side we referred out. Example... lets suppose you have a buyer that is moving to the Detroit area, you would get us the information and we would call a Broker from that area, they would agree to pay us 25% of the commission that they received. In our example lets say your buyer purchased a $200,000 house, commission was 6% with 3% paid to the buyers side, total commission on the buyers side would be 3% of the $200,000 or $6,000; Of this amount they would send us 25% or $1,500; of this amount you would receive 60% or $900. Not bad for a phone call to us.
A 90% fee would be paid to you if referral is given to Otsego County Realty. Using the above example you would be paid 90% of the $1500 or a total of $1,350. Again not bad for placing a phone call.
You would not have to pay the following FEES the
Water Wonderland Board of REALTORS fees; the Michigan Association of REALTORS fees;
the National Association of REALTORS fees; or the Multi List System (MLS) fees. Just keep your license and continuing education current.
